Orders are normally shipped within 14 to 21 working days. We will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time delay.
Returns Policy: Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to The Rabbit Welfare Association within 2 days of receipt and we request that that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be inedible, broken in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.
